Andy C, Wilkinson, Groove Armada and Girls Don’t Sync lead the first Westival 2027 lineup announcement. The Pembrokeshire festival returns to Shipping Hill Farm in Manorbier from Thursday 15 to Sunday 18 July 2027.
Westival dropped the four names on 22 October. Over 100 more live and electronic acts are still to come.
That’s a big opening hand for an independent camping festival on the West Wales coast. Two drum & bass heavyweights sit next to a house institution marking 30 years. Then there’s a four-strong DJ collective.

Andy C has spent more than 35 years behind the decks. He co-founded RAM Records and made “Valley of the Shadows”. Westival’s billing for his set is short: “Prepare for The Executioner.”
Wilkinson also came up through RAM, and later Hospital. Then “Afterglow” hit the UK top five in 2013. That record has since gone triple platinum in the UK.
Groove Armada, meanwhile, bring a DJ set celebrating three decades together. Westival’s own write-up name-checks “Superstylin'”, “I See You Baby” and “At The River”. So the Saturday-night singalong pretty much writes itself.
Girls Don’t Sync round off the first four. Gaia Ahuja (G33), Hannah Lynch, Sophia Violet and Matty Chiabi mix garage, house and bass. On top of that, they fold in Black diaspora influences and South Asian samples.

Westival 2027 tickets and timings
The next ticket drop lands at 10.30am (UK time) on Friday 30 October. It goes exclusively to the mailing list. However, members of Westival’s WhatsApp community get in at 10am, half an hour earlier.
All weekend tickets include camping with your own tent. Groups of three, four or five get a discount. You can also split the cost into three monthly instalments at checkout.
Gates open at noon on Thursday 15 July. Music runs until 2am that night, then 3am on Friday and Saturday. Finally, Sunday wraps at midnight. Westival is strictly 18+, so bring photo ID.
Back to Manorbier for edition nine
2027 is the ninth Westival, and it follows two sold-out years in a row. The festival sits in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, a short hop from Tenby.
Getting there is easier than most rural sites. Manorbier train station is a five-minute walk from the gate. Manorbier beach, meanwhile, is a five-minute drive away.
Beyond the music, the team promise a big expansion of daytime activity for 2027. Wellness spaces, talks and workshops all feature, with details due on Westival’s socials.
Phase two of the lineup arrives at the end of January. After that, the full bill follows in March.
