WAH Malta 2027: drum and bass crowd at UNO Malta in Ta' Qali
Sub Focus will make his Malta debut at WAH Malta 2027, headlining a sunset show inside Fort Manoel. Worried About Henry’s drum & bass holiday runs from Thursday 29 April to Sunday 2 May 2027. Hybrid Minds are on board too. The duo played a special guest sunset set on WAH’s beach stage in 2026. Now they head back to the island. Worried About Henry named both acts in the past week. The UK promoter has also expanded the Malta edition to four days for the first time.

Sub Focus at Fort Manoel

Fort Manoel is WAH’s new venue for 2027. The 18th-century star fort sits on Manoel Island, looking across Marsamxett Harbour to the Valletta skyline. WAH is building a custom stage inside the bastions. Sub Focus then takes over the fort for a sunset set as golden hour fades over the harbour. Entry is part of the standard 4-day pass, so there’s no separate ticket for the fort. More names are coming. WAH says three major headliners will lead the weekend, with the rest of Phase 1 still to drop.

Beach, boats and UNO

The rest of the programme spreads across the island. Daytime sessions run at Little Armier Beach in Mellieħa, right on the water. Meanwhile, boat parties sail out of Sliema Harbour, although they’re ticketed separately and need a festival pass. UNO Malta in Ta’ Qali then handles the big day-to-night shows. It’s a palm-lined open-air festival village set among tropical gardens. This is the promoter’s third trip to Malta. For 2027 it has moved to the start of the summer and added an extra day. Elsewhere on the European drum & bass calendar, Noisia lead Let It Roll Winter 2027 in Prague.
