Roni Size Reprazent are taking New Forms back on the road next summer, three decades on from the Mercury Prize-winning album that helped carry drum & bass out of the underground. The nine-date UK tour runs through June 2027 and ends at home, with an open-air show at Canons Marsh Amphitheatre on Bristol’s harbourside.
They’re doing it as a full live band, and Fabio & Grooverider are special guests on every date except London.
The tour opens at O2 Academy Bournemouth on Thursday 3 June, then goes to O2 Academy Birmingham on 4 June and O2 Academy Brixton on 5 June. O2 Academy Leeds is on 10 June, Rock City in Nottingham on 11 June and NX Newcastle on 12 June. After that it’s O2 Victoria Warehouse in Manchester on 17 June and Glasgow’s Barrowland Ballroom on 18 June.
The Bristol date, on Friday 25 June, is the first headliner Bristol Sounds has announced for 2027. “30 years ago we started something that was never supposed to stand still,” Roni Size said. “Three decades later, the sound is still moving forward. Reprazent are back — 30 years, one legacy, and a whole new journey. See you out there.”
Pre-sale opens at 10am tomorrow, Wednesday 7 October, for anyone who signs up through the band’s site. General sale follows at 10am on Friday 9 October.
