Alesso has put his entire Empire State Building set on YouTube. “Alesso Live From The Top Of The Empire State Building” went up on his official channel just after midnight UK time on Saturday 24 October and runs to just under 63 minutes.
He played it on the building’s observation deck in Manhattan to launch “Fight For Love”, his new single with vocalist Kaitlin Aragon. In the early hours of Friday 16 October, New York time, he posted a clip on X captioned “Fight For Love out now from all of us on top of the Empire State Building”.
A childhood favourite
The video description is short and fairly personal. “Ever since I was a kid, I’ve loved the Empire State Building,” Alesso wrote. “Getting to DJ at the top and celebrate the release of my new single ‘Fight for Love’ was truly a dream come true.” He finishes by thanking NYC “for the iconic party”.
The building’s own account joined in on 17 October, sharing footage and calling it “the most iconic party of the year”. In the thumbnail for the full upload the tower is lit pink and white under a blue mast.
No tracklist came with the upload, so we’re not going to guess at IDs.
Where to catch Alesso next
His official tour listings have no UK date at the moment. The nearest he gets is Sweden, at A Day at the Park in Varberg on 9 July 2027.
Before then it’s a crowded diary. He’s at Circuit of the Americas in Austin on Sunday 25 October, Scream in Edmonton on 30 October and Dooms Night in Vancouver on Halloween, then EDC Orlando on 6 November and Ultra Mexico two days later, with OMNIA Las Vegas nights dotted in between.
Late November takes him to India for Smirnoff shows in Bengaluru (27 November) and Delhi NCR (28 November), and on to VAC Music Festival in Zhuhai, China, on 29 November. He closes the year at Decadence Colorado in Denver on 30 December and Countdown NYE in San Bernardino the following night. We’ve already covered the Countdown NYE lineup.
Further ahead, he’s Kygo’s guest for two stadium shows in Mexico: Guadalajara on 30 April 2027 and Mexico City on 1 May. Our Kygo Mexico 2027 story has the details.
