A State of Trance is heading to Los Angeles on Friday 11 and Saturday 12 June 2027. It’s the first time Armin van Buuren’s festival has run over two days in the US, and pre-registration is open now on the official ASOT site.
Armin broke the news in LA on Thursday 8 October. He played a pop-up set for a small group of fans and told them about the festival once he’d finished. The official page hasn’t named the venue yet, though early reports point to ACE Mission Studios. The lineup and ticket prices haven’t been announced either.
ASOT has been to Los Angeles before. ASOT 550 had its own stage at Beyond Wonderland in 2012, and ASOT 1000 took over Banc of California Stadium for a single night in 2022. This time it’s the full weekend format that usually runs in Rotterdam, and the ASOT Hotel side of things, with pool parties and pre-parties, is reported to be coming too. Insomniac is handling the US sign-ups, and anyone who pre-registers gets first word on tickets and the lineup.
The 2027 Rotterdam edition comes first, on 26 and 27 February. The LA event is 18+.
