Event coverage is our bread and butter, we offer this in addition to our photography and videography services. This is completely customisable to the needs of the event and organisers. Our team can be scaled to suit the size of the event and every event has it’s own individual needs and requirements. For instance if you are putting on a 2,000 person event or music festival and require photography and videography we may send two camera operators. If your music festival is catering for 10,000 or 50,000 attendees then we would send additional camera operators to make sure that we can adequately cover the entire event. This helps to ensure that we don’t miss any of the Unorthodox Moments. Once we have had an initial discussion and understand the scope of the event and what coverage is required we can make suggestions on team size we will need and what equipment would be best suited.
We have previously covered events of all sizes ranging from one night gigs for artists right up to full 7 day festivals. Our team are able to travel around the world and have experience of transporting and using our equipment internationally. We are also able to remain on site for the duration of the project. As part of event coverage we usually would do daily content posted to our site and socials in addition to on the events own social media. We can work as a standalone team or in conjunction with existing media coverage providers and in house staff.
When we provide event coverage, to increase reach and further promotion, we often will use our own ad budget to promote the content and gain the event / brand further promotion. It is entirely optional for the event / brand to also boost our content with paid ad revenue.
